ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – The Neumann University men's volleyball team traveled to Elizabethtown College on Thursday evening, falling in three sets. Set scores were 25-15, 25-14 and 25-14.
Trey Edmonds led the Knights with eight kills.
Christian Johnson handed out nine assists.
The first set started back and forth before the Blue Jays tallied five straight points and nine of 10 for a 14-7 lead. The Knights took an early 5-2 lead in the second set, but Elizabethtown answered by scoring 11 of the next 12 points for a 13-6 advantage.
Neumann (2-2) is right back on the court tomorrow evening when it travels to Immaculata. The match is slated to begin at 7:00 PM.
