GALLOWAY, N.J. – The Neumann University Women's Tennis team dropped a tough 5-2 non-conference match against Stockton University on Wednesday afternoon.
Stockton took the doubles point as the combination of
Sha'xaria Gordon and
Casey McGee battled hard but dropped the second doubles match, 6-2.
Molly McGee picked up a straight sets win in the fifth singles match, winning 6-1, 6-1.
Kayleigh DellaVecchio put up a good fight in the set of fourth singles, falling 6-4, before dropping the match-up.
Neumann (4-7, 1-1) will be back in action on Saturday morning as they'll head to northern New Jersey to take on Kean University.
