HADDONFIELD, N.J. – The Atlantic East Conference announced their weekly awards on Monday afternoon, and two Neumann University student athletes were recognized. Men's Basketball's Donte Dupriest was named the Player of the Week while Women's Basketball's Emily DuPont earned weekly Honor Roll distinction.
 
Dupriest averaged 20.5 points and 10 rebounds in a 1-1 week for Neumann. He went 11-for-12 from the free throw line for the week. In the game at Marywood on Wednesday night, the senior scored 16 points, with seven rebounds and three assists. Dupriest tallied a double-double, 25 points and 13 boards, in Saturday's 86-70 win against Centenary. This is his seventh weekly award this season and second Player of the Week nod of his career.
 
DuPont averaged 18.5 points and six blocks per game while adding nine steals and six blocks this week for Neumann. In Wednesday's game against Marywood, the 5th year scored 19 points and added eight rebounds, six steals, four assists and four blocks. In Saturday's Centenary game, she netted 18 points. This is her seventh weekly award this season and fifth weekly Honor Roll selection.
