Welcome to Spring Knights! Where we hear what student-athletes are up to during the spring semester.

Baseball
So far, my spring semester has been very busy, but it has been going well. I am an Accounting major and I am doing well in all of my classes, even though balancing school and baseball can be challenging at times. Being a student-athlete definitely keeps my schedule full, and most of my days are spent either in class, at practice, or doing schoolwork. I am also a part of SGA, which allows me to stay involved around campus and be a part of making decisions that help improve the school.
On the athletic side, our baseball season has been going pretty well so far. It has definitely been a roller coaster with wins and losses, but we are looking to bounce back and have a strong rest of the season. During our Myrtle Beach trip, we went 4–1, and I had my first college outing as a pitcher, which was an amazing experience that I will not forget. I am a pitcher and designated hitter, and I am always looking to help the team in any way possible, whether that is cheering in the dugout or performing on the field. This team has been one of the best teams I have ever played on in terms of chemistry. Everyone gets along with everyone, and I have had nothing but a great time being a part of this team. I am excited to see what the rest of the season holds for us.
