Haley Broomell, of the softball team, is this week's Neumann University Athlete of the week. 

Broomell was also named CSAC pitcher of the week. During Neumann’s spring break, the sophomore went 2-1 with a 0.45 ERA. Broomell threw 15.2 innings in four appearances. She recorded 18 strikeouts while allowing one earned run. Broomall entered the game twice in relief with runners in scoring position, she struck out two batters and did not allow a run.
