ASTON, Pa. – Two Neumann goals in 22 seconds in the third period gave the women's ice hockey team 
a 2-1 win over Buffalo St. in ECAC West action Saturday evening.

Diane Peters and Jasper Thomson scored for the Knights. Shannon Donnelly made 32 saves in net for the win.

The Bengals scored the first goal of the contest in the second period on the power play.

Neumann tied the game up at 5:34 of the third period as Peters scored from Kayla Dubowski and Jessica Schroeder on the power play. Thomson then scored 22 seconds later off a pass from Nicole Alexopoulos for the eventual game-winner.

Neumann (3-2, 3-2 ECAC West) and Buffalo St. will face-off again tomorrow afternoon beginning at 3 p.m.
