Alum Tabbed as Club Baseball Head Coach

ASTON, Pa. – Neumann University Director of Athletics and Recreation Chuck Sack announced the hiring of Eric Rosen as the Head Coach of the Club Baseball team. 

"We are excited to welcome Eric back to Neumann," stated Sack. "As a Neumann graduate, Eric embodies a commitment to the university and our core values. He will be a tremendous asset and leader to the young men of our club baseball program."

A native of Pennsauken, NJ, Rosen was a four-year member of the Neumann University NCAA Baseball team and was inducted into the 2018 Neumann University Athletic Hall of Fame class as a member of the 1999 team. 

Following his graduation from Neumann, Rosen began his teaching career at Burlington Township before moving onto Haddon Heights where he currently serves as the high school principal. His coaching experience includes serving as pitching coach for Moorestown and Burlington Twp. High School. He then moved on to become head baseball coach at Haddon Heights High school from 2007-2013. During that time, the Garnets won two conference championships in 2010 and 2011. The Bishop Eustace Prep graduate also earned his master's degree in school leadership at Wilmington University. 

"I'm excited to come back to Neumann University and coach the Club Baseball team," stated Rosen. "I am looking forward to the opportunity in assisting our young men grow athletically, academically, and spiritually."

Rosen currently resides in West Deptford NJ, with wife Lauren, daughters Madison (10) and Samantha (7), niece Kayla (18).

The club baseball team is a member of the National Club Baseball Association (NCBA) and will compete in the Chesapeake Central conference of Division II. The conference also includes club teams from Millersville, Mount St. Mary's, Rowan, St. Joseph's, University of Penn, and Temple.
