CHESTER, Pa. – The Neumann University Track & Field team took a short trip to Widener University for their Final Qualifier Meet, trying to improve times and distances in hopes of a regional spot.
Jodi Johnson and
Bryan Castro each earned personal best results in the 800-meter as Johnson finished in 1:55.80 and Castro in 2:05.66.
Wyatt Boyer competed in the 400 with a time of 50.68 and
Hakeem Hall was in the Long Jump, earning a distance of 5.63 meters.
Christian Johnson competed in the Shot Put and his best throw of the day was 8.05 meters.
On the women's side,
Sahdahya Addy was the lone Neumann competitor in the Long Jump as she had a distance of 4.56 meters.
Alli Siravo ended up with throw of 9.82 in the Shot Put.
Neumann will now see who qualifies for the AARTFC Regional Meet which starts on Wednesday.
