HADDONFIELD, N.J. – The Atlantic East Conference announced their weekly awards on Monday afternoon, and Neumann University's
Alena Catka was named the Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week.
Catka led the Knights with four goals, three assists and five draw controls in Neumann lone game of the week at Ursinus. The junior picks up her second Weekly Award of the young season after being named to the Honor Roll last week. This is also the third Player of the Week award of her career as a Knight.
The Knights (0-2) will be back in action on Tuesday night for an exhibition game in the Sunshine State. They'll visit Division II's Saint Leo University and the opening draw control is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
