NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced their Weekly Awards on Tuesday morning, and Neumann University's Hannah Strohm was named the MAC Commonwealth Women's Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week.
 
Strohm finished the week with 44 digs, including the 1,000th of her career, as Neumann went 1-2 overall and 1-0 in the MAC Commonwealth. The junior also added 15 assists and eight service aces. Strohm picked up her 1,000th career dig in an exciting 3-2 win over Hood. She finished with 13 digs in the match. Against Stockton, Strohm had 14 digs and then added 17 digs and nine assists against Moravian.
 
This marks the second week in a row that a Neumann Women's Volleyball player has been honored in the MAC Weekly Awards. The Knights will return to the court on Wednesday when they host MAC Commonwealth foe, Stevenson University for a 7:00 PM start.
