CHESTERTOWN, Md. – The Neumann University women's soccer team fell to Washington (Md.) College Saturday afternoon in non-conference action.

The Shorewomen opened the scoring 28:56 into the game. They added the insurance goal with just under 10 minutes left in the contest.

Washington (Md.) held Neumann to just one shot on net, taken by Melissa Jarkowsky. Jacqueline McAllister made six saves in net for the Knights.

Neumann is now 2-2-1 on the season. The Knights will host Susquehanna University on Wednesday. Game time is slated for 4:30 p.m.
