NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced their postseason awards in Men's Hockey and two Neumann University athletes earned accolades.
Matt Dimaline was named the Co-Offensive Player of the Year, the Rookie of the Year, and was also named to the All-Conference First Team.
Tyler Ray was selected to the All-Conference Second Team.
Dimaline finished the season with 34 points goals, which led the conference, and was tied for 15
th in the nation. His 22 assists were tied for second in the MAC and tied for 16
th in the country, while his 12 goals was seventh in the conference He was a key two-way played for the Knights as he led the MAC in plus/minus with a +20 rating. The first year was also named the conference's Offensive Player of the Week on February 17
th.
Ray picked up eight goals and 10 assists for 18 points. He also had a plus-minus rating of +15, which was tied of fourth in the MAC. The sophomore, back in February 3
rd, was named the Middle Atlantic Conference's Offensive Player of the Week.
Neumann finished the 2024-25 season with a 16-7-3 overall record, and a 13-5-3 MAC record, placing them third. In the conference semifinals, they took Stevenson to limit, sending the game to overtime before dropping the contest.
